About Marisolio Tasting Bar
Marisolio is the olive oil and balsamic tasting bar tucked into 488 Main, and the move is to slow down and sample your way through: flavored olive oils, balsamics (the raspberry has a following), spices, and truffle oil. The staff actually knows the products and doesn't rush you, which makes it an easy stop to fold into a Murphys Main Street wander. Small shop, so it's better solo or in twos than with a big group.
