About This Event
Friday FunDay at Make and parTake in Arnold, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Paint ceramics, flat paint, decoupage, beaded accessories, model magic, and more. Sessions are $30 each, with lunch available for $5. Register or confirm dates by calling (209) 916-5675. All projects suit ages 7 to 107.

About Make and parTake
Make and parTake is in the Big Trees Market complex on Hwy 4, run by Mona, who teaches classes (acrylic pour paint nights, that kind of thing) and stocks supplies for knitting, painting, and drawing. From what I hear, Mona's the whole draw: she'll let a bachelorette party bring snacks to a paint pour, and she'll order in the sketching pencils if she doesn't have what you need. Check their schedule before you go, since classes book up and the shop hours move around.
