About Murphys Community Park
Murphys Community Park is the green heart of Main Street: a creek you can actually float in come summer, picnic tables, clean bathrooms, and enough room to spread out with a family. It's where the Sunday farmers market sets up May through Thanksgiving, where Oktoberfest and the Grape Stomp happen, and where dogs and strollers fit right in. Bring your own chairs and food, and plan to share the space, that's the whole vibe.

FestivalCelebrate the Day of the Dead with us in the Land of the Skulls. Every year on the first Saturday in November Murphys organizations, residents and businesses transform our Community Park into a celebration of those who we’ve lost but have not forgotten. We host vendors, entertainers, and a community altar in the Park and many of our businesses create altars in their own spaces. Find out more on our Murphys Day of the Dead page.
