About White Pines Community Park
White Pines is the area's main free-rec hub: a 26-acre lake (former Blagen mill pond) with sandy beaches, a playground, picnic tables, volleyball, and a disc golf course locals actually use. Dogs are welcome, kids have room to run, and the Sierra Nevada Logging Museum and an Arnold Rim Trail access point are right there. Parking is free, and it's the easiest pick on the corridor when you need somewhere to send a group without making a reservation.
